Every evening at sunset you can be our guest at a dinner with national and international chefs with create menus inspired by the mitteleuropean Tradition.
On Friday the dinner takes place in the vineyard. Chef Massimo De Belli will prepare a special menu from Friuli.
On Saturday the starry chef Franz Fink from Graz (Austria) offers a menu from the Steiermark Region, which will be served in the vineyard aswell.
Sunday’s dinner is located in the park of the Formentini Castle with chef Luka Lesar from Ljubljana.
