It’s finally time to tell you the names of the chefs that will delight you with their dishes during our suggestive dinners in the vineyard at sunset on Friday and Saturday and during the dinner in Formentini Castle on Sunday. Every dish will be also paired with Vinoteka’s wines.
On Friday, June 2nd at 19.30, our chef during the dinner in the vineyard at sunset will be Massimo De Belli, from Osteria Klandestina Banqueting.
On Saturday, June 3rd we will be joined by Austrian chef Franz Fink, from the restaurant Schirnhofer.
On Sunday, June 4th at 19.30 our guest will be restaurant Luka Lesar Gourmet’s chef, namely Slovenian Dejan Matjašec who will cook for our guests in the delightful atmosphere of Formentini Castle’s park.

In case of bad weather Friday and Saturday’s dinner will be served in Draga – Miklus Cellar while Sunday’s dinner will take place in the Sala Grande, inside the Castle.
